peaceful Begins Collecting and Structuring Egocentric Nursing Data

peaceful Inc. began collecting and structuring egocentric (first-person) video data of nursing care in September 2026. Licensed nurses on our team perform nursing care in simulated settings, and their point-of-view footage is recorded and accumulated.

As Physical AI, which perceives, decides, and acts in the physical world, continues to advance, training data that captures how humans observe, judge, and move is becoming increasingly important. In nursing, however, privacy requirements make it difficult to film actual clinical settings, and high-quality training data remains scarce worldwide.

This initiative addresses the challenge by having our own nurses perform care in simulated environments rather than filming actual patients. Beyond recording movements, the nurses themselves verbalize what they observed and how they made their judgments, and this is organized into structured data.

This initiative runs in parallel with the development of NURVIS, our AI agent system for nurses based on wearable devices. peaceful is committed to preserving the tacit knowledge of Japanese nursing practice as data that AI can learn from, and to carrying it into the next generation of healthcare.
